Members Development Company Rebrands as Circuit, Clarifying Its Role as a Credit Union–Owned Innovation Platform

DENVER, CO., February 10, 2026 — Members Development Company, LLC (MDC), a research and development Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), today announced its rebranding as Circuit. 

Circuit is the new brand identity of MDC, which will continue to operate under the same legal entity, ownership structure, mission, and leadership. Members Development Company, LLC remains the organization’s legal name and will operate as Members Development Company, LLC, d/b/a Circuit. The rebrand highlights the organization’s evolution and clarifies its role as a connected system that transforms collaboration into execution. 

The Circuit brand was unveiled at the organization’s Winter Owner Meeting, representing a clearer message about its role in uniting credit unions, CUSOs, and strategic partners to translate collective insight into measurable outcomes.

Our vision was an identity that feels vibrant and full of momentum, always advancing and always alive.” 

Under the Circuit brand, the organization will continue to drive development initiatives, strategic partnerships, its Accelerator program, and innovation efforts with its Owners. 

The Circuit brand will roll out across digital channels, events, and communications in the coming days. Circuit will also be featured at Booth #348 at the Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington, D.C, this March.
